Discovered a new drink last night. It's called a Pink Floyd. Y'all, it was love at first taste. It's basically a shot of vodka with some little bit of magic that makes it taste like a watermelon jolly rancher. I think I had 5. Mama's got a new favorite!

Making Dad his birthday dinner. It's the same every year. His mothers meatloaf and scalloped potatoes. Also every year TWO desserts. Also both his mothers recipe. Orange pudding (sort of like a baked orange custard) and Dutch strawberry shortcake. He is about to be in his happy place. Lol.
